STL Survey – Gift Card Raffle

Help us serve you better and enter our raffle to win a $75 gift card! 

When it comes to library resources, do you prefer ebooks? Would you rather check out a print copy? We invite you to take our anonymous survey on format preferences! We intend to use your responses to better align library purchasing patterns with the needs of students, faculty, and staff across disciplines. 

You must be 18 years or older to participate. The 24 questions should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and you will have the option at the end of the survey to sign up for the chance to win one of three $75 Visa gift cards.
