Library Lost and Found

If you lost something in the library come to the library desk & ask

The Library is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended in the library building. Items that are left behind may be turned in to the Checkout Desk. The staff at the Checkout Desk will handle those items in the following manner:

• Keep valuable items (e.g., credit cards, IDs, rings, etc.) in a secure location and make reasonable attempts to contact the owners.
• Put other items (e.g., glasses, flash drives, clothing, textbooks, etc.) in designated locations.
• At the end of each semester, unclaimed valuable items will be transferred to the University Police. Other items will be placed in a box in the library lobby for anyone to take. The remaining items will be discarded or recycled (e.g., flash drives) for future student use.
