STL Lobby Bookable Space

Items available for use in the Lobby:

• There are four rectangular folding tables measuring 6 feet by 2 ½ feet.
• There are two rectangular tables measuring 5 feet by 2 feet.
• There are 8 triangular tables that can be placed together to form 4 rectangular tables measuring 4 feet by 3 feet. These tables are on wheels and can also be used as 8 separate triangular tables. 
• There are 22 chairs available in the Lobby space. An additional 20 chairs can be requested.
• There is only room for two additional 6 foot folding tables in this space, if the ones we can provide are not adequate for your event. The two additional tables must be requested from Facilities.

Event coordinators must complete set up and then return tables and chairs to their original positions following events. During the semester the Lobby is used as a 24/7 study space so it is important the space is left clean and ready for students to use following events.

The Lobby capacity is 48.
